Returns and refunds

Unopened candy in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and in a condition we can sell again.

Opened candy cannot be returned, because we cannot resell food. If an item arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.

Sugar Candory pays the return shipping. Email us before you send the package back, and we will arrange the return.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect a return. If the mistake was ours, we refund without waiting for a return shipment.
