These terms cover purchases from Sugar Candory at sugarcandory.com.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and again at checkout. You pay with the methods offered at checkout, and we charge the order when it is placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. If we cannot fulfill it, we cancel the order and refund the charge. The goods become your responsibility when the carrier delivers them.

You are responsible for the shipping details you enter. The shop sells candy, chocolate, gummies, snacks, and gifts for personal or business use.
